Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chinese noodles or thick spaghetti
  • 5 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Peanut Butter, creamy
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1-2 tsp Hot Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Carrot, shredded
  • 3 Scallions, green part only
  • 3 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Prepare noodles as directed.
  • In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, peanut butter, rice vinegar, brown sugar, Sriracha, hot eater, salt, and pepper. Wisk until smooth.
  • Add cooked noodles to the sauce mixture and toss to combine.
  • Add the scallions and carrots to the noodles.
  • Chill noodles for 2 hours minimum to combine flavors.
  • Top with toasted sesame seeds.
