Instructions
Prepare noodles as directed.
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, peanut butter, rice vinegar, brown sugar, Sriracha, hot eater, salt, and pepper. Wisk until smooth.
Add cooked noodles to the sauce mixture and toss to combine.
Add the scallions and carrots to the noodles.
Chill noodles for 2 hours minimum to combine flavors.
Top with toasted sesame seeds.
